Literary Voice Creation

Finding a writing voice can be a struggle, whether you’re writing a novel, short story, flash fiction or a blog post. Some may even wonder, what is voice in writing? A writer’s voice is something uniquely their own. It makes their work pop, and readers come to expect and recognize the familiarity even without ever having heard you speak. You would be able to identify the difference between Stephen King and Deepak Chopra, wouldn’t you? It’s the way they write as much as what they write; their voice, in writing, is as natural and identifiable as their speaking voices.

If you'd rather have a root canal than sit down and write, you've procrastinated to the point of paralysis, or if you are just clearly struggling to define and create your writing voice, call or email me to discuss the options for creating your writing persona as portrayed in all things ink, virtual and otherwise. Ghostwriting, character development, developmental and copy editing queries are all welcome.
